(Hollywood, CA) Multi-award-winning, prolific director and old-school punk rock bassist Jim Powers directs a new Gender X Films series, “Trans Realtors,” and the first scene debuted yesterday.
“Trans Realtors: Scene 1” is the first of four scenes in a new series. Redhead realtor Kalli Grace is getting ready for her open house and thinks everything is perfect, but it’s not—there’s a leak under the kitchen sink. Lucky for her, hunky plumber Sage Roux can come to the rescue and fix it quickly. After he does, he asks Kalli to test the sink, and when he slides out from under the sink, he catches a glimpse up her skirt and sees what she’s packing.
